Congregation Beth Israel (CBI) is Wisconsin's largest Conservative congregation and has been a part of the Milwaukee Jewish Community for over 100 years. We are an egalitarian, Conservative congregation, affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, grounded in Halaha, and dedicated to being a center of scholarship, community, and worship. We are committed to providing all of our members a place in which they can pray, study, observe Shabbat and the festivals, and mark lifecycle events.
With a newly renovated sanctuary and social hall, CBI is a wonderful congregation to enrich your family's Jewish experience. CBI provides a daily minyan, Junior Congregation, family services, scholar-in-residence programs, High Holy Day services, Shabbat services and holiday programming.
Our Framework for Excellence designated School of Jewish Studies provides a vibrant, interactive learning environment with small classes that can meet the needs of individual students, children or adults.
